The spicy notes in this dish marry well with skinless chicken and turkey and lean pork loin.

Cooking Time: 30-40 minutes
- 1 (1) medium acorn squash
- 1/2 tsp 2 mL cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp 2 mL nutmeg
- 1 tbsp 15 mL golden brown sugar
- 1 tbsp 15 mL Becel® Buttery Taste* margarine
Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C). Cut squash in half using a large sharp knife, and scoop out seeds. In a small bowl combine cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and Becel® Buttery Taste margarine. Rub spice and margarine mixture over cut side of squash. Place on a baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until squash is very tender.
